Talon is a value-oriented bottom paint that provides some advantages of both hard and ablative antifouling paints.
Suitable for single season use, Talon is a copper-based, semi-hard, hybrid ablative/modified epoxy antifouling paint. It combats all types of marine fouling in fresh and salt water.
While Talon has the durability of a traditional hard paint so it can be used on higher speed hulls, it also features slow wearing ablative properties to help limit year-over-year paint accumulation and provide a smooth finish.
Talon works best on boats that are used on a regular basis.
