The ACR ResQLink 400 (model 2921) is a buoyant 406 MHz Personal Locator Beacon pre-programmed for U.S. registration, carrying Cospas-Sarsat and FCC approvals. It transmits three integrated distress signals and is carried by individual mariners, kayakers, and offshore crew as a manual emergency device requiring no subscription.
