U-2964 Brushing Catalyst

For brush application, mix two parts Sterling color base with one part Sterling Brushing Catalyst U-2964 and always add required accelerator to color base before mixing same with catalyst.

Mix components thoroughly in a clean, non-waxed bucket and allow the mixture to pre-react thereafter for approximately 45-60 minutes.

This is important to induce the chemical crosslinking process before the material is spread into a thin film and a much better finish will result.

Do not add thinner when the components are initially mixed.
