Thank you for shopping at Marine Overhauling. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before completing your order.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from signs of installation, wear, or modification

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Electrical components that have been installed or powered on
  • Special order or custom-configured items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Hazardous materials, flammable fluids, or items requiring special shipping
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items without original packaging or with damaged/missing labels

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Do not ship items back without first receiving an RMA number. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item, shipping damage, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Marine Overhauling is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
